Check-in & Rewards
Every kid checked in. Every good day counted.
A door screen that greets each child by name and logs the visit. Points your staff give in one tap. Rewards and trips the kids earn. Nothing to install.
In use every day at The House DC, a youth center in Washington, DC.

Jordan
Checked in today
175pts
Give points in one tap:
Jordan is 25 points from the skate trip.
Everything the front desk does, without the clipboard.
Door check-in
Kids scan a key tag at the door. The screen says their name and the time. One check-in a day, no double counts. Visitors sign in too.
Points and rewards
Staff give points from preset buttons in one tap. When a kid reaches a reward, the screen celebrates with them.
Events and trips
Post a trip, share the flyer, and kids sign up with their tag. Spots, waitlist and who showed up, all tracked. Points can pay for it.
Parent sign-ups
One link for your social media. Parents sign up, your staff approves, and the tag prints.
Meal counts
Count meals as they go out, day by day, without a clipboard.
Reports
Attendance by day and by child, charts, and a spreadsheet export when a funder asks.
Keeps working offline
If the internet drops, check-ins wait and send when it comes back.
Staff only
Only people on your staff list can sign in. A tag carries a code, never a child's name.
Training included
A staff training video, plus short help videos inside the app.
Kids feel seen. Staff get their time back.
For kids
Greeted by name at the door, and they watch their points add up to something real.
For staff
No sign-in sheet, no tally at the end of the day, and points in one tap.
For you
Attendance and numbers ready for every report, board meeting and grant.

Questions
Do kids need a phone?
No. A plastic key tag is all they need. Kids who have a phone can also keep their tag on it.
What do we need at the door?
A tablet and a small scanner. We tell you exactly which ones to buy and set them up with you.
What if a tag gets lost?
Staff tap one button to make a new tag and reprint it. The old one stops working.
Can it use our name and colors?
Yes. It is set up with your name, logo and colors, and your own words for things, like youth, members or students.
Is the children's information private?
Only staff on your list can sign in. A tag carries a short code, never a name, and the door screen shows only what it needs to.
